By accessing or using Build Maison ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Platform.
Build Maison is a SaaS platform for residential construction builders to communicate build progress, manage owner interactions, coordinate design selections, and centralise project communication. You may use the Platform only for these lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach.
Membership is billed in advance, monthly or annually, at the rate quoted to you. Prices are exclusive of sales tax. Any tax due is calculated from the billing address on your account and shown before you pay. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
If we offer you a trial, its length is the period stated when you sign up or agreed with us in writing, and it begins when we provide access to your account. We will tell you the date your trial ends. That date governs.
Publishing your first build update extends a standard trial to thirty days, where that is later than your current end date. We will confirm your new end date, and that date governs. This applies once, and will never shorten a trial agreed for longer.
When a trial ends without a payment method on file, you keep access to your account and everything in it. Creating and updating content is paused until a payment method is added. We will contact you before your access changes further.
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We process your data as described in that policy.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display it for the purposes of providing the Platform services.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease. Your data will be retained for 90 days post-termination then deleted, unless you request earlier deletion.
Build Maison is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
