By accessing or using Build Maison ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Platform.
Build Maison is a SaaS platform for residential construction builders to communicate build progress, manage owner interactions, coordinate design selections, and centralise project communication. You may use the Platform only for these lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Your 14-day free trial begins on account creation. After the trial period, continued use requires a valid payment method. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We process your data as described in that policy.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display it for the purposes of providing the Platform services.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease. Your data will be retained for 90 days post-termination then deleted, unless you request earlier deletion.
Build Maison is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
